Due to the extended appointment times and preparation required for these treatments, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Services totaling over $400 require a deposit of $100.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of deposit and or a cancellation fee of $50 if no deposit was required to book.

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without 24 hr notice will result in forfeiture of deposit and or a cancellation fee of $50 if no deposit was required to book.

Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment or receive a shortened service to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late will require you to reschedule. Our staff is happy to help you get rescheduled once you arrive.

Services and packages totaling over $400 require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve your appointment.

Deposits are applied to your $40 Medical clearance visit. The remaining deposit will be applied towards your treatment total.

Raia Aesthetics & Wellness reserves the right to review refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis.
